Cross Country did very well this season. Clara Lind went to regionals as an individual. But they also feel very sad about the senior runners: Evan Brown, Fiona Yeakey and Carissa Mast. They are the leaders and best friends with the whole team. Naomi Torres, a first-year runner this year, enjoyed finding her ability to run long distance competitively and hopes to improve for the upcoming season of next year. The coach, Benji Hurst, said,”I can’t imagine next year how much I am gonna miss them and how the whole team is gonna miss them. I am looking for rising 9th-grade students, they have some good runners. And good job for the Cross Country!”
