As most students can remember, Bethany decided to cancel the Spring Fish-Fry due to coronavirus complications. This Fall, we are able to have a Fish-Fry, but there are drastic changes in place to ensure that it will be safe for customers and students.
This Fall, the class of 2021’s Fish-Fry will take place on October 30th from 4:00-8:00 PM.
One of the first major changes for this fry is that there will ONLY be carry-out. Customers will be required to stay in their cars throughout the process of receiving their fish.
Another major change is that only fish will be sold. In the past, carry-out offered two options: an only fish meal consisting of six pieces of fish, and a meal box which came with chips, pie, juice, and 4 pieces of fish.
There are also significant changes with tickets. There is a reduced cost compared to last year. Tickets are now nine dollars until the 20th. After that they will be $10 per ticket. The tickets are also only available to be purchased through this LINK.
The first diagram represents how the carry-out line will be formed in the parking lot. The green line represents the cars that are in line for the carry-out, and the red line represents the cars that have received their meals. The fish will begin in the fish tent, then will be moved to the gym for assembly in boxes, then transferred to a tent outside for the customers.
The diagram of the gym represents the general assembly line process in the High School Gym. The jobs listed and locations in the diagram are subject to change.
Masks will be required at all times for students to ensure we are adhering to the CDC guidelines. We are looking forward to a safe Fish-Fry!
