Homecoming was held September 15-16. It was a great way for Bethany alumni to come back on campus, see friends, and visit with classmates! This year, classes (with graduation years) ending in 3 and 8 celebrated milestone reunions. Highlights included the class of 1973 celebrating their 50th reunion and the class of 1958 celebrating their 65th reunion. Homecoming 2023 adopted the theme of “Back to the Future.” This theme was selected to mix together the Bright Future campaign and the emphasis on returning alumni. Some of the student-led festivities included Caleb Morris (‘13) speaking in chapel and high school students performing in music on the lawn. Saturday’s events included a hymn sing, a director’s presentation, a panel discussion, and the girls Bruin soccer match versus the Goshen Redhawks. Alumni traveled from near and far to come visit Bethany, we had visitors from California, Oregon, and Washington. In the end, everyone had a fun time celebrating with Bethany students and families.
